This cuvee called "Les Valescures", is exclusively coming from a terroir sheltered by the wind. The Valescures, strikingly fits to the Grenache grape variety because of soil and south exposition. Make up in majority of Grenache noir(88%), this red wine typically meridional will be perfect to serve with grill meat, veal or rabbit. Autumn Delight . This tardy harvest, is issued from ripened grapes .9 months in barrel and made up of Bourboulenc, Clairette Blanche et Ugni Blanc, release a bouquet of fruity aromas. |
