Certifications-ISO 9001 Version 2000 and NFV01-005 Version 2000 Geraldine Guillot- Quality Manager After a few years of enthousiastic work, Les Vignerons de Chusclan obtained the double certification : Iso 9001 Version 2000 and NFV01-005 Version 2000. It is the first cellar certified from vineyard to bottling up in Rhône Valley. Our main quality objective, is to adapt our wine production to the need of our customers. ISO 9001 Certification refers to the following sectors: Reception, Vinification, Maturing, Preparation, Packaging and wine's expedition. ISO 9001 Certification is a management process to achieve an improvement objective. This certification permits: To improve the customer expectation in order to obtain their confidence and loyalty . To optimize the wine cellar organization to rationalize the supervision and formalize the know-how. To increase the productivity by decreasing the sales deficiencies . Today, the customer confidence is a priority for the Vignerons de Chusclan.Therfore the ISO 9001 certification is the proof of the activities transparency. Their aim is a continious progress of the cellar. The NFV01-005 certification is a specific quality program for the agriculture sector. It sets up the relation between buyers, wine growers, and the cellar to assure consumers of health, satisfaction and tracability. The NFVO1-005 Certification attests of the quality and security of the products, information, services between the different partners. The measures of this norm are based on: -commercial contact -product service contact -the improvement of the quality management system. In 1999 and in 2002, two specialized people in quality brought into operation these ambitious program, and in 2002 the Board of Directors of Vignerons de Chusclan decided to bring the certification to fruition . So, it has lasted about 2 years to obtain the double Certification.
