SOIL:

Vignerons de Laudun Chusclan developed this Mediterranean wine from a careful selection of plots of Viognier, which extends around the villages of Laudun and Chusclan, on the right bank of the Rhône River 15 km from Chateauneuf-Du-Pape.

These vineyards are located on both sides of the hill of Caesar's Camp where an important Oppidum dating from Roman times has been created. They are made of sandy loam soils particularly sunny and windy.

TASTING AND FOOD MATCH:

A vintage with a golden yellow bright and clear dress, attractive by its subtle bouquet with aromas of summer fruits (peach, apricot) and equally pleasant in the mouth by its aromatic intensity, its length and bold.

This wine can be served chilled (13 ° C) as an aperitif but perfectly accompany dishes such as seafood, sushi, poultry, blue cheese or fruit desserts.
