Complex nose of spices and woody aromas :curcumma and pepper, mature fruits and alcohol fruits (prune, cherries in brandy) but also complex aromas like leather and black fruit. Assertive wine. Very well structured and round wine. Mouth aromas are identicals nose flavours.c Gourmet advice : Drink now with hearty dishes (lamb with Provence herb, red grilled meat, “coq au vin”).
